MoFo Mystery Picture the Twenty-Ninth
We all know what this one is, but what I really want to know is what are those white specks, which are invisible to the naked eye? This is, unfortunately, the best focus I could get in my current lighting conditions...but this vegetable was washed pre-photo...and, um, it's now been eaten, specks and all!

broccoli flowerets?? beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteCould those little spots be specks of moisture coming out of the flowers? At least you know it's not those funny gray aphids that sometimes like to snuggle up in the broccoli...
I'd say broccoli as well. I'm going to miss this when MoFo is over!!
ReplyDeleteSuch an AWESOME photo!
ReplyDelete<:-)
That is a great pic--count me on the broc bandwagon.
ReplyDeleteYes, broccoli. The specks still escape me, though. J and S, word on the aphids. Seriously, I dread the day. And I'm not beyond using my super-macro photography powers to examine really close-up any little peculiarities I may find on things...just to be sure...
ReplyDeleteJoyful, I think I will keep up the mystery pictures from time to time after this month, maybe even weekly. This has been a lot of fun for me too! So please keep watching ;-)
