...brought to you by the cuisines of India, China, Japan, France, and North America. This was truly one terrific meal, rivaling if not surpassing the original versions whose leftovers these are, which were superfantastic in their own right. So what is this?
Why, it's the last of the dosa batter from here, stuffed with the Tendron de Soy Curls with lemon from the other night, with a new batch of Bryanna's lemon "chicken," where I mostly cooked the sauce before adding back in the breaded tofu, and served with a very simple stirfry of sweet potatoes, red peppers, and gai lan. I still haven't got the texture for the lemon ch*ck*n exactly right, but who cares, since the taste is so wonderful? Oh well, I guess I'll just have to keep trying…
