Stirfry in 15 minutes all I wanted after my day of pierogi-making. This is Bryanna's Breast of Tofu "chicken" quickly fried up and set aside, then jalapeno and red pepper, carrot, broccoli and cold cooked rice stir fried, with a sauce of leftover ponzu sauce from Rebar with a little brown sugar and cornstarch and water added, topped with chopped cucumber and sesame seeds.

In my opinion, the ponzu tasted a lot better this way than as a dipping sauce. The whole meal was scrumptious.
