...from Vegan Brunch. Seriously, I've now made this five times, and this recipe alone is worth the price of the cookbook. I may have said this already about the crepes, but it only means you're getting more for your money ;-) Half a recipe fits nicely into the Magic Bullet.
This one is filled with a saute in olive oil of gai lan, mushrooms, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, and served with toast and salsa.
